Fitting your dental implants
If you decide to get dental implants, then the process will involve inserting a titanium screw into the jawbone and a crown placed on top to help prevent any further damage, safeguarding any teeth on either side of the implant.
Once in place, your dental implant will blend in with your natural teeth, and you can speak, eat and drink as normal. Unlike dentures, implants remain secured in the jaw, so are more convenient for many patients as they don’t have to be removed and give the feeling of natural teeth.
